Meet the Board

Hans Meijer

Hans is CFO based in Amsterdam. With vast experience in structuring and financing of real estate related deals. Formerly an accountant at KPMG, he has had extensive exposure to auditing, financial reporting and consolidation of international companies. Hans holds the following qualifications, Dutch Certified Auditor (RA) and Executive Master of Finance and Control (RC).

David Clark

David has 20 years of experience in accounting and senior treasury functions. Prior to his appointment in March 2007 he was States Treasurer and Chief Officer of the Treasury and Resources Department in the Government of Guernsey. As such he was the senior finance and economic advisor to the Government. Before joining the Civil Service in Guernsey he had a successful career in the accounting and audit profession in both Guernsey and the United Kingdom with KPMG and Deloitte.

Sandra Merloni-Horemans

Sandra provides in house corporate counsel and has 19 years of experience in natural resources, real estate, capital markets and investment management companies. Having worked for the Steinmetz Diamond Group for 7 years, she has gained broad experience in the management of company administration at group level. She currently holds posts as director in several BSG group companies.
